About You
It was quite enjoyable! There were a range of different activities to take part it.
The whole program was about our experience and including us in the activities so I would say valued!
The members of staff were happy to answer questions when we were unsure of something and happy to help in general
The skills seminars have tested my teamwork and communication attributes, as well as provide feedback on my own individual style of presenting, all of which are great help to know what area I need to further develop on.
The Company
Very structured, there was a clear schedule for all the events that were taking place.
Atmosphere was very relaxed, I was feeling very at ease, and it was easy to talk to talk to the members of the organisation that were giving us the talks.
They invested the time and effort to make it worth our time to be there.
It gave me a sense of the companies values and the work ethic there.
Different personalities within the firm gave us an insight into each of their respective fields of work and the general atmosphere.
It made me rethink my career choice as I had understood how BAML operates.
Everything Else
BAML will eventually reimburse me expenses, but I don't think it will be anytime soon.
There was a big networking event promoting cooperation between generations.
They were quite helpful, to talk to different employees.
Yes, and there are loads of them!
I would indeed, and it is also good stuff for the CV.
