About You
It's really informative and intense: we are given workshops everyday and also with work shadowing sessions across the week
We have MDs and also less senior people taking to us and answering our questions which are very valuable opportunities for us.
It was very good in terms of the guidance we have because we are given booklet, information packs etc throughout the whole week
We have a clearer idea in terms of what skills are appreciated here at UBS and they are great guides in terms of what skill sets for us to develop in particular in our later studies
The Company
We have work shadowing sessions, workshops and games and panel discussions with loads of networking breakfasts and lunches which are really cool opportunities for us to get to know not only UBS people but also our peers at the program
Everyone was super friendly and helpful, from peer participants to employees. Also we get to experience the real work life in CCS division which I find super busy but super exciting and cool
We have HRs looking after us all the week through with very senior people coming to talk to us so it's really impressive and we feel being valued greatly
Really insightful and really cool
A very good insight into the culture and good to experience by myself
Pretty useful and help me decide that this is the path I want to take

Yes We have a networking lunch with people invoking in all kinds of networks in UBS and they do have a lot of off work activities
