The Role
We were usually really busy in the HR Department.
I was given full responibility within my job role which was excellent for self development.
The training was excellent and I learnt so many valuable skills that I will definitely use in the future including IT,communication and presentation skills.
The Company
At Janssen they take on about 30 students every year so the placement is integrated well- they dont just make you get the tea! They are real jobs with real responsibility.
They provided fanastic training at the beginning of the placement and if you wanted to train in something specific this would often be considered.

I would be very interested in working back at Janssen-Cilag, they were a great company to work for and I feel I made some friends for life there.
The Culture
Met some great people there- at one point there is 60 students there helping with the handover. High Wycombe is a bit rubbish though but there are some nice surounding areas.
Although High Wycombe is pretty cheap for how close it is to London it was still more expensive to live than uni, but i think this is the case with most placements.
High Wycombe was pretty rubbish but there are some really nice places you can go further afield like Windsor, Reading, Marlow, Henley, Oxford and London.
Being a big town there was plenty to get involved with and there was also a sports and social club that offered a gym membership and social events to raise money for charity.
