The Role
I really enjoyed my internship. I worked on several interesting projects and learned a lot.
There were plenty of social events and everyone was very friendly. People seemed to appreciate and value my contributions.
There was a good amount of training provided and someone was always on hand to answer any questions.
I was kept busy enough to keep me interested but never given so much work that I had stay late on a regular basis to finish it.
I worked on several projects and made a useful contribution to both of them. I was told what to do by my manager but was allowed to make my own decisions about how to approach the problems
There was plenty of time to pick up new skills and I was given helpful feedback throughout.
The Company
There were plenty of social events after work and there is lots to do in the office during breaks etc. Everyone is very friendly and there is a relaxed atmosphere.
There were plenty of training sessions and social activities and I had weekly meetings with my manager to ensure everything was going well.
I spent a lot of time learning about new technologies and was given detailed feedback on all of my work.

Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
I've been offered a full time job when I finish university and would definitely like to come back!
The Culture
The social scene was more focused around the company as a whole, rather than having events just for interns. Having said that, all the interns got on well and were friendly.
Cheaper than central London but not by much. There were a lot of subsidised events & trips to the pub though
Plenty of pubs and restaurants.
There were several social events on every week including pub trips, games nights and sports
