The Role
Loved it!
Felt very much at home. The team were very welcoming.
Whenever I asked for it or whenever it was clear I needed help.
Always busy, never given too much at once.
Was given alot of responsibility and the team showed alot of trust in me to do certain jobs on my own.
Priceless experience. It has really help me relate lectures to on site work. The experience I have gained is extremely valuable and cannot be taught in a classroom.
The Company
Everyone knew how to have a laugh and completed the jobs in good spirits.
Everything was well communicated and organised.
They very much encourage my development for both myself and for the good of the company.
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
Very much looking forward to my next work placement with Costain.
The Culture
Got on very well. There were lots of social events to get involved with.
Most of the events were subsidised by the company or organised in places where the prices were reasonable.
Didnt experience the nightlife.
Good wide range.
