About You
I really enjoyed the dynamics of the insight programme with the variety of tasks and events that took place.
The rural department in which I was working within made me feel part of the team and I really appreciated it.
My mentor assisted me with every task she set me and was available for any questions or queries
I learnt skills that aren't taught within a University Degree that have been fascinating when applied in the field.
The Company
We had events that were planned throughout the week and when not doing these, I was set work which was already organised.
Good, everyone was welcoming and happy to help
I was taught skills in which I would then be able to use as a potential graduate
I participated in day-to-day life which taught me how the firm and office operated.
I learnt the dynamics and structure of the firm greatly through being part of the team.
I was able to learn what I would be doing on a day-to-day basis which I feel is the most helpful insight into a career
Everything Else
My expenditures on travel and food were covered up to £100 for the week.
We didn't receive as many opportunities to network as the London office but we still got a chance to meet the graduates but when the networking sessions were held, none of the directors were in.
They weren't very well structures as the majority of people invited were not there.
Yes through discussing with current employees
Yes, most definitely.
