About You
10/10 insight programme. Well planned throughout. Testing in the line of work with great support offered throughout.
I was given real life work to do and spent time around senior members of the team throughout my work. I felt valued throughout.
Support and guidance was offered throughout the insight week. Numerous talks were held throughout the week discussing career paths within Savills as well and the industry in general.
Hugely. Advice was given in a detailed manner regarding what steps to take at university as well as after university. Step by step advice has been provided throughout.
The Company
The insight was perfectly structured. A schedule was given to us on the first day. This schedule was stuck to and consisted on various talks, work and mentor sessions.
The general atmosphere during the week was again 10/10. The people were extremely friendly while maintaining a professional atmosphere.
The firm invested in me throughout. Senior members of the firm had meetings with me as well as spending time with more junior members of the team.
It made it very clear what working at Savills would be like. Everyone in the office was happy in the job they were doing and it is a firm that I aspire to work for in the future.
Spending a week in the Savills office gave me the perfect insight into company culture. I saw how people within the firm both work and socialise amongst each other.
I already knew that I wished to peruse real estate as a career. This week has simply confirmed to me that my goal is the right one!
