About You
Very enjoyable week. We were able to do different case studies and shadow certain people in sales and markets which helped decide what part of the bank best suited your skills.
This was never in doubt. The bank clearly made an effort and it could be seen. I appreciated the effort Barclays put into the week.
A lot of guidance and support was given through helpful networking sessions.
I think it was not so much a week of developing skills, but a week to see how your personality fits in at Barclays and in which particular business area.
The Company
Very well structured, there was always something on.
Very exciting as each day was different. Everyone was very friendly.
Not so much training but invested a lot of time and effort.
