About You
The Spring Week programme was incredible! Not only did I build relationships with a variety of professionals across the bank, but I also met some incredible people on the programme, from all walks of life!
The professionals were very keen to get to know us, they responded to questions very quickly and were happy to meet up outside of the programme to teach us what they knew.
Enough, the spring week programme was about finding out about what motivates and interests you. The guidance is therefore structured around this, enabling candidates to have the freedom to choose what they wanted to do.
I learnt a lot from the shadowing opportunities, rotating around different desks on the trading floor, however I wish we had more technical training.
The Company
Very well structured!
Very warm and friendly. There was lots of mini projects and tasks which brought out the competitiveness of the candidates.
A lot! You could tell from both the content and the structure of the programme had been very well thought out for the benefit of the participants.
Absolutely! It confirmed that I wanted Global Markets and Sales.
There was lots of opportunities to meet business representatives throughout the week, which in opinion was the perfect way to gain an insight into the work environment.
