  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • The insight week was a fantastic opportunity with diverse activities given to the students and was very well organized. The entire was strutted well so we were able to get a full view of the company and have fun with networking opportunities.

    • Definitely felt valued because the people took the time to get to know you. It was clear to see the effort put in by the team to make the experience informative and helpful.

    • There was as sufficient amount of guidance given in the sense that the agenda for the week was given at the start with clearly outlines timings. Also the HR team was very helpful in letting us know what was happening.

    • The experience built networking skills and confidence to talk to people from all kind of backgrounds. In addition to this the information provided by the teams helped further my understanding of the industry.

    • It was structured very well with no time wasted as the sessions were mixed with team building experiences and networking as well as the chance to do presentations.

    • The people that I met made the atmosphere a wonderful place to be in and made the entire experience very enjoyable.

    • The firm helped to enhance the vital soft skills.

    • There were opportunities to do some work shadowing however the was very limited and for a few divisions. However the chance for networking allowed me to see what it is like for those in the firm.

    • The company culture was clear to understand by being there for a week when talking to people across the firm.
