About You
Really enjoyed the week, was a great experience. Was organised very well and everyone was friendly.
I felt very valued as HR and the Barclays staff were very friendly.
Lots of guidance- very organised structure and lots of sessions where I learnt a lot. Also had a buddy to help.
Won't help in my degree but will definitely help during my summer internship and job. Partly due to networking
The Company
Extremely well structured - clear timetable that was followed
Very friendly and relaxed, although competitive
They invested the time of their employees, as many employees gave up time to work with us.
Work shadowing helped
This was shown during the networking sessions
The rotational programme gave me exposure to markets and banking, allowing me to find out more about both.
Everything Else
Paid and reimbursed for travel.
Lots of chance, networking drinks and lunches.
Lots of chance to speak with employees with a range of seniority.
Yes, this was done during an expo where employees involved in different schemes talked about what they do
