The Role
really enjoyed working with the people, however the hours and low pay really killed it
great banter in the office.
direct managers were great as enterprise is all about "promote from within" but anyone higher wasn't too nice.
way too busy and they expect way too much from their staff and give unrealistic time scales to get things done.
this was good as it taught me a lot about the business, but also puts so much pressure on us as employees
I feel like I've learnt many great business skills from this that I can take with me throughout the rest of my working life.
The Company
really great bunch of people meant great banter in the office
it was too much to be a placement. it felt like we were just thrown in the deep end. this had its benefits though such as learning lots about the business very quickly
very little. we had a few training sessions but nothing thats going to stay with me forever.
Company Parties/Events
when I graduate if the job situation is no better than it is now then I will come back, but that would be almost last resort.
The Culture
great, because we were all the same age and all really like-minded people.
expensive as I live in London, but the hours we worked didn't really allow us to socialise
london's always a fun night out
nothing organised by work
