    • I definitely gained a better understanding of roles within the bank as well as making it clear to me what I value most.

    • Very good clear timetable which was adhered to throughout the week .

    • Everyone involved was friendly and inviting aswell as open to any questions.

    • Lots of skill sessions and teamwork activities were included which definitely enhanced these skills.

    • Very helpful as I was able to ask employees more personal questions to gain a better perspective

    • Being able to shadow two different service lines was great as you were able to see more and compare the two.

    • The week has made me realise what type of position I want to be in and also reinforced the roles that I don't want to be in which helps me in deciding where I go from here.

    • Plenty of networking events including a networking dinner which was very valuable.

    • Networking dinner was great as there was a more laid back atmosphere compared to within the bank.
