About You
It was highly informative, and gave a good overview of both Banking and Markets.
A lot of time was spent on us, and many senior people from various divisions within the business spent time on educating us on what they do on a day-today basis.
As it was a Spring Week, there were no need for much guidance.
It taught me what I wanted to do for the future, giving me more motivation for my studies.
The Company
Extremely well structured, +10 for the HR team on this one!
Very good. Highly motivated students everywhere, leading to a fun and collaborative environment.
They gave good training, and I feel I have learned an enormous amount of information for the future, (specially interviews).
Very hard to get such an insight as a spring weeker.
A lot, everyone stressed the importance of the values of the firm.

Yes, all the time!
Very good, we got the opportunity to talk individually with a lot of interesting people with various roles at the firm.
Yes, on the first day we had a networking event with representatives from many networks and activities, such as the LGBTQ community, and the community for making a contribution to society.
Yes, absolutely, it was definitely an experience for life.
