The Role
Thoroughly enjoyed my time at KPMG - a great place to work!
I was introduced as a team member and I was working on projects for clients. I even was communicating with clients alone!
Full support given; everyone has the time of day to speak to me if/when necessary.
Reasonably busy - not idle at all, but not so busy that I had too much to do.
A reasonable about - was given tasks to communication with clients and write up my findings alone.
Helped me to understand what KPMG does and how client interaction occurs.
The Company
Friendly and hard working. Had good team socials too.
I had a great team leader that organised my work really well1
A two-day course for training
Subsidised Canteen
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
After a partner interview, I was given a graduate role (in a different department to my internship).
The Culture
Yes - a lot of chain emails regarding socials towards the end of the week.
Canary Wharf: it's (relatively) expensive.
Didn't really go out in Canary Wharf.
Social clubs were available.
