About You
Great experience. It will be a valuable asset which I look forward to leveraging in my future career. Any question you may have will be answered, and you will get a taste for what an investment bank actually does, and what day-to-day operations actually entail.
Extremely valued. BofA doesn't have to offer a spring week, but do it because they want students to gain early exposure. They invest countless hours in setting the whole programme up and spend considerable effort in maximizing the utility of the experience.
All questions answered, first-hand exposure to industry professionals and a handful of networking events which allow you to ask for advice from people who've been in your shoes.
All academic backgrounds are encouraged!

Very well. Always had action packed activites with well-timed breaks. Extremely well structured + organized programme.
There was a natural buzz. Everyone was hungry to learn as much as possible.
Desk shadowing and networking events allowed you to ask whatever questions you may have. Very informative and practical experience.
First-hand exposure to industry professionals was very helpful in getting a flavor for the company culture.
