About You
Thoroughly enjoyed the placement - there were varied activities for all backgrounds as well as sufficiently difficult activities to challenge all participants.
I felt highly valued throughout the 3 day programme.
Plenty!
Highly so - I will be working on my core IT skills, but the soft skills were invaluable.
The Company
Mostly very well structured, except for the few instances where there some last minute changes to the plan due to unavoidable circumstances.
Very welcoming, and not at all intimidating. There was a high energy vibe throughout.
As much as possible in 3 days.
The work shadowing opportunities as well as current Analyst Panel were useful in this.
Very much so - the culture seems highly collaborative and non hierarchical.
Quite a bit - I am more comfortable now with what a tech career in a bank, specifically in JP Morgan, would involve.
Everything Else
Yes, and we were encouraged to approach employees even outside these scheduled events.
Extremely well thought out and varied.
Yes - this was a stand out point that was quite attractive to me.
Definitely!
