About You
Insight week was highly enjoyable, both providing insight into what Bank of America Merrill Lynch does, the people there and the atmosphere. The week also enabled me to gain a large amount of industry knowledge for the time allowed in terms of what the various divisions through networking events, talks and discussions, especially the divisions that we choose to shadow in.
Felt highly valued as an individual within BAML, both by other attendees and employees which enabled me to relate on a personal level - enabling me to learn more about the industry, current affairs and most importantly what people's lives are really like there.
I feel that the perfect level of guidance & support was provided which allowed attendees of the spring week to get everything that they wanted out of it. A wide array of networking events enabled individuals to get any - and as many - questions that they had answered. Furthermore, whilst the week was well-structured to provide the resources for an optimal work-placed experience as well as meet people with a similar mindset and aspirations, but from a different background.

Everything Else
Networking opportunities were plentiful and in-depth which allowed attendees to ask as many questions as they wanted to a variety of employees - all of whom had different advice and experiences - from different departments, levels and areas. The week provided great insight into the firm, and, most importantly, the people.
