About You
The week was amazing. I would 100% recommend everyone to apply.
Very. All of the employees were very welcoming and genuinely curious about how you are getting on at the bank.
HR were very helpful in everything. If you had any questions throughout the programme they were very keen to answer them.
BAML focused a lot on building teamwork skills through various exercises as wells as developing deeper knowledge of how the banking industry runs.
The Company
Every day was planned extremely well and everything was consistently on schedule.
The atmosphere was fantastic. You were able to interact with senior employees as well as other Spring Weekers.
Multiple work shadowing opportunities and teamwork build skill session were geared to developing you.
Through various panels and networking opportunities you were able to chat with employees of all levels to understand their experience at the bank.
The Spring Week gave me a great insight into how the bank works though various presentations and workshops on all BAML divisions.
Very valuable as though understanding the different divisions you were able to see how your personality and skills fit into BAML.
Everything Else
My flights and accommodation was paid for my BAML.
Through various networking opportunities you were able to talk to employees. Also by being proactive you could also arrange to meet up with employees outside of the Spring Week.
There were various drink receptions as well as a dinner.
Yes. There are lots of clubs and societies in BAML that you can join.
