About You
It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, filled with useful information and enjoyable activities.
Despite being unbeknown to the EY team, they made everyone feel comfortable and valued throughout.
As the activities were mainly group based, the groups had to take initiative, but help and guidance was provided if necessary. Furthermore feedback was ensured which was very useful.
Presentation skills, networking and teamwork will assist in my studies and beyond.
The Company
The insight was well structured and not tedious which resulted in an insightful, stimulating experience.
Meeting new people and learning new things provided a great atmosphere.
After completing the insight, it was clear to me whether or not I wanted to work for the company, and whether i would fit in or not.
It was extremely helpful in determining the company culture, as you experienced it hands-on.
A lot of information was provided on FSO areas, however UKI areas were left out so I needed to do some extra research.
Everything Else
Awaiting expenses for travel.
Plenty of opportunities for networking were provided, both in breaks, at lunch and at a dinner across the two days.
A whole presentation was provided on what is available to employees - a complete array including climbing mountains and mud runs.
