About You
Really enjoyed getting to know more about the firm. The room we were primarily located in also had a great view !
Very valued as there were senior people who took their time to present to us as answer our questions
There was a lot of guidance and support from the presenters who spoke as well as HR. Everyone was willing to answer all your questions no matter how trial they may have sounded.
Great insight to see which division you are more interested in or if investment banking is for you at all.
The Company
There is a lot to get through and because it is only one day - it seemed a bit rushed as there wasn't enough time during the Q & A sessions
Friendly and engaging
The main focus was more on understanding the different divisions of the firm which built on your knowledge around the area. A case study activity also allowed you to build on your analytical and presentation skills
There was a graduate panel where you could speak to former and recent grads who were friendly and gave a run down of their experiences and journey to the firm. This gave you a clear understanding of what it would be like from people who were once in very similar shoes
Meeting the different people and hearing them speak so positively about their roles gave a great insight to the company culture
Very valuable
Everything Else
Yes, there was a networking session at the end with the last panel of speakers and graduates
considering everything was done in one day, the networking opportunities were quite resonable.
Definitely !
