The Role
I had a good time, I was definitely busy but the people there and the work made it an enjoyable experience.
I felt valued but since it was such a large company no one person really has too big of an impact so although I felt valued I did not feel like and absolutely integral part of the company.
Great guidance and support whenever I needed it.
Very Very busy, but it was enjoyable.
Generally given several things to work through and develop at my own discretion.
Learnt to use excel extremely well along with some r-code and just general mathematical formulas for risk analysis.
The Company
The office atmosphere was very professional
Very well set up, there was never a moment when I didn't have anything to do or when I felt lost.
The firm definitely invested a lot into me.
Company Parties/Events
They have asked me back for next summer
The Culture
Everyone was quite busy and in different areas so it was quite difficult to see the other interns.
I could commute from home so it was no problem also I'm used to london prices so there were no surprises there.
It was right by many of the major london clubs
Truly endless opportunities, basically everything you can think of is available in london if you look properly.
