About You
Everyone I spoke to was willing to share their advice and opinions openly and with enthusiasm.
The Company
Extremely well structured throughout the 5 days. After the programme hours, we were allowed to work freely on the group project in the room designated to all the programme participants.
Great atmosphere, largely as a result of all the other Spring Insight participants being so nice, but also a result of the HR team and the Rothschild bankers creating a very welcoming environment.
Invested largely. - Pitch book training - Rothschild Powerpoint training - Personal Development/Skills based training - Interview technique and practice interview questions
The Rothschild bankers were very genuine and open which made it easy for us to ask questions and find out everything we wanted to know. Along with many presentations and networking opportunities, the work shadowing gave a real insight into what it may be like to work there full time.
