About You
Very informative and packed day that provides an insight into Global Markets and Investment Banking.
In a day there is not much need for guidance/support, however being on the Academy programme also which is 8 weeks during the summer I can say without a doubt that everyone at RBC is incredibly supportive from our contacts in HR to the line managers we are working with.
Despite the insight being only 1 day, it was incredibly beneficial and was a real insight into Capital Markets (GM and IB). I particularly enjoyed talking to the existing graduates, they were very honest and answered all queries I had regarding the industry and RBC specifically.
