About You
Amazing 3 weeks: week 1 - induction and training week 2 - first practice group seat week 3 - second practice group seat (told the training contract decision on the final day)
Very valued - people go out of their way (especially firm trainees) to make you feel welcome. Also have 2 'trainee socials' - where all the vac schemers are taken out on socials organised by trainees. Some lawyers obviously very busy but always willing to help if approached politely.
A lot - always on offer from graduate recruitment
Great non-legal professional skills training provided - things like personal brand awareness, presentation skills etc. very valuable.
The Company
