The Role
Worked in a great team, very supportive and was made to feel a useful part of the team.
General training was perhaps not so relevant to my market, however my managers were always happy to help and answer questions.
Can be very varied dependent on time of year and the job flow - sometimes very busy and workload is high, however sometimes very quiet.
You will be doing the real job, very exciting that you are making an impact in organisations across the board.
Not relevant to degree, however that was not the reason I chose this placement.
The Company
It is a sales floor, so the atmosphere was generally loud, buzzing and dynamic. Colleagues are usually positive, however there can be some negativity which generally flows down through differing opinions and insight from senior management.
Very well organised, good system in place, however training can be irrelevant at times.
Generally looks like strong career progression with opportunity for promotions provided you perform.
