The Role
I really enjoyed my placement year - I saw so much of the company and met so many incredible people.
Felt extremely valued, by the end of my placement was often told they were not ready for me to leave.
Great support from the whole team.
It was peaks and troughs. Some days crazy busy and some a little more slow.
A LOT. I had ownership of communications across Europe and the UK.
I think I developed many soft skills including organisation, confidence etc. In terms of hard skills I actually got to learn to code! I think these will all help me in future studies and employment.
The Company
Good atmosphere - small team but all chatted!
Very well organised - solid structure for all interns.
I had the opportunity to get involved in absolutely everything. Both the Foundation team and my day to day team were so supportive.
Flexi Time
International Travel
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Very appealing - lots of great oppurtunities.
The Culture
At first yes - it then fizzled out as people formed there own groups of friends.
High cost of living and socialising - it is London after all.
Great nightlife - central London!!!
Was involved in the Netball team - there was a lot more if you looked for them.
