About You
It was enjoyable and insightful at the same time, with friendly EY staffs, creating a comfortable environment for everybody to have conversations and exchange thoughts on topics discussed.
I definitely get to know more about EY's culture as I experienced ti myself. The are a lot of inputs on the tax and assurance departments, definitely worth my time.
The feedback session after the case studies was helpful in identifying weaknesses and strengths, and also learning on how to provide constructive feedback, which is equally a useful skill.
The Company
There is a sense of inclusiveness.
As this is a 2-day programme, the time spent together wasn't considered long. However, the fact that EY takes initiative to have this programme shows her intention and commitment to further invest in students.
We have partners to share their experience and daily routine, and also every EY staffs present in the event are open to questions, so I get the chance to know more about what it would be like to have a full time role.
