The Role
I enjoyed my placement fully.
My colleagues valued my work and opinion in all instances.
Guidance was always available if I had any questions or problems.
I was always kept busy and my time was utilised fairly.
I was given a lot of responsibility during my time at Hays.
I think the business knowledge I have learnt at Hays will be the basis of all my future careers.
The Company
Fun and positive atmosphere. At times, competitive.
Despite high overturn at the time of my placement, it was not unorganised.
I did not receive any formal training but my managers taught me a lot.
Company Parties/Events
There are many directions I could take in Hays in respects to career development.
The Culture
The social scene was terrific.
The cost of living is very high, as expected of central London.
Good, a very corporate oriented crowd.
There are many activities organised by Hays to partake in.
