The Role
There are a lot of opportunities for development and for additional responsibility.
The role is very integral to the business and so you are valued as your work adds importance on a daily basis.
There is a lot of feedback and coaching available. There are also periodic reviews of progress.
There is always something to do, month end is busier than other days but it balances out.
You have tasks to complete and can always ask for more.
There is an abundance of skills and training to enrol in.
The Company
Some offices are quieter than others, with a lot less people but there is always someone around and social events being held.
There is a solid structure of the placement.
There is free online training available.
Working from home
To obtain a grad job you have to apply back but in advance to external candidates.
The Culture
Cost of living is very reasonable.
