The Role
The job was tough but enjoyable. Good amount of responsibility given but help was always given if needed.
I got a long with my team very well.
I was given help when I asked. Although, I expected my job to be set up more when I first started and to receive more training other than just learning on the job.
Always busy. There was always something to be done.
I was given the responsibility of an operational job.
What I have learnt will help a bit with my studies but has mainly been great experience gained in order to help with future jobs.
The Company
General atmosphere was busy but laid back at the same time
Not too organised
I received some training but not as much as I would have liked.
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
The graduate scheme seems like a good way to pursue a career in the business.
The Culture
There were some socials organised among interns
I lived at home but the cost of living near the office is fairly expensive from what I have heard
Was decent
There is a football team. And colleagues get together for a run quite often.
