The Role
Overall excellent placement scheme, plenty of responsibility and support throughout the year.
Having the chance of delivering meaningful projects, some with high impact on the business led to feeling valued by my colleagues.
As a placement student you can work with minimal to no supervision if you are confident enough, but you have plenty of support and guidance available from all the employees.
Due to my position I was not getting constant amount of work, but there are periods when is very busy.
The level of responsibility I was given constantly increased throughout the placement year up to a high level (varies depending on your performance).
I received plenty of training relevant to my position from which I will definitely benefit.
The Company
The atmosphere was relaxed most of the time.
The work placement was really well organized. I had 3 weeks handover period at the beginning and at the end of my placement and periodic meetings with the manager to review my progress.
I feel like the company invests a lot in all the employees' development.

There are a lot of placement students returning to the company, but it depends on your performance and role availability.
The Culture
Yes, we constantly organized social events outside of the working environment.
The costs of living are very reasonable.
In Daventry there is no nightlife, but most of the students are living in either Coventry, Northampton, in which you can find fun places.
Yes, the company is organizing social events on a constant basis.
