    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I have enjoyed my placement at IBM as an RFS manager. I found the workload difficult to pick up originally but took the challenges associated on with both hands. I felt appreciated as part of the team and the work I was doing mattered, which was also quite motivational. Throughout the year the workload goes through peaks and troughs so it provides good scope to develop your own skills outside of the role as well which is good.
