The Role
Requires hard work and commitment to long hours, as does most jobs and was very fun along the way. Socially a great company to work for.
Was made to feel part of the team from day one, success and hard work is recognised and appreciated across the team and office.
I was aligned to a Business Director who gave me day to day on the job training, an invaluable experience that I am really grateful for.
Very busy, job flow was often high. Worst times were when job flow was low and there was less to work. I would say I had the most fun when busy, if you are always busy you are far more likely to be successful.
Given full 180 recruitment responsibility but less so as a 360 recruiter. Although the opportunity is there if you show initiative and desire. Being more 180 was better suited to the candidate short desk I worked on so was happy to comply.
Transferable skills to any job.
The Company
A fun place to be. Sales environment can be positive and negative at times, based on results.
Very professional, a real internship programme.
Sports and Social Club
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Travel loan
Opportunity is certainly there.
The Culture
Above 40 others in the office.
Expensive but in the heart of the City, what do you expect?
City.
