    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Requires hard work and commitment to long hours, as does most jobs and was very fun along the way. Socially a great company to work for.

    5/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Was made to feel part of the team from day one, success and hard work is recognised and appreciated across the team and office.

    5/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • I was aligned to a Business Director who gave me day to day on the job training, an invaluable experience that I am really grateful for.

    5/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Very busy, job flow was often high. Worst times were when job flow was low and there was less to work. I would say I had the most fun when busy, if you are always busy you are far more likely to be successful.

    5/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • Given full 180 recruitment responsibility but less so as a 360 recruiter. Although the opportunity is there if you show initiative and desire. Being more 180 was better suited to the candidate short desk I worked on so was happy to comply.

    4/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • Transferable skills to any job.
