The Role
Excellent experience, thoroughly enjoyed it
I was doing a real job and supporting a team, I felt very valued by colleagues.
Level of support offered was excellent.
Some days weren't as busy as others, however there are plenty of learning opportunities on quieter days.
Reasonable amount of responsibility
Very much so. I've met some very talented colleagues and have learned a lot.
The Company
Friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Extremely well organised. There is a specific department for interns which was very supportive and organised.
Plenty of learning and development opportunities.
National Travel
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Healthcare from home
I would love to go back - I have already applied for the Intern to Grad role
The Culture
Seemed to be - I'm a mature student with a young family so wasn't able to participate very often, still had a couple of enjoyable evenings out though.
average, Manchester has reasonably priced public transport, parking is a bit pricy in the city centre. Plenty of socialising venues to suit all pockets.
n/a - didn't participate. Manchester centre is a good night out though.
Plenty of opportunities to get involved in outside activities.
