The Role
Really enjoyed it. Interesting and a good level of challenging throughout. A very varied role.
Very valued. My manager regularly praised good work and it was also rewarded by the company.
I was given huge amounts of guidance and never felt like I could not ask if I needed help.
Very busy but I was able to say no to taking on additional work if I felt it was unmanageable, My manager also regularly checked that I was not being over streched.
A good amount. I was given responsiblity for the day to day running of numerous programmes and projects and just had to check in with my manager occasionally to ensure everything was on track.
I have developed a huge number and diverse range of skills during my placement which I believe I will use both at uni and in my future career.
The Company
A very friendly and positive attitude. My co-workers were both nice and supportive.
The whole programme was well run and offered opportunities for development and exposure to different areas of the business.
Lots of personal development opportunities were offered and those that I took I found very benificial.

The Culture
Yes. Other placement students were very friendly and regularly went out together.
Milton Keynes is not the cheapest place but it is manageable on the salary.
Not amazing but perfectly good.
I did not take all the opportunites but lots were offered.
