The Role
I loved working at VWFS. It is a great company where I learnt so much.
I felt very valued by most people most of the time.
I can't fault my managers.
Most of the time I had enough work to be busy however during certain months I would be extremely busy which I didn't mind as it means you learn so much.
I was given a lot of responsibility especially when my manager was away for a few months.
The work ethic I now have will be the biggest transferable skill to university.
The Company
Most of the time the atmosphere in my department was positive and a good environment in which to work and learn.
Vey well organised
The company offers many training courses and development opportunities but it is your responsibility to get booked on and attend.

Currently there is no graduate scheme however there is an opportunity with the sister company. This will change in the next year or so.
The Culture
It was okay
It was expensive to me as I come from up north however it is much cheaper than London.
It was okay
There is lots to do if there are things which you want to get involved in.
