The Role
It was a very good placement year.
Very much so. They give you full responsibility on the work you are given and support when necessary
Weekly catch ups with your line manager were standard. If you wanted more support, people in the company would not hesitate to help when possible.
Workload was always very manageable. There are natrually peak periods and even then its nothing too crazy.
A good range of responsibility. Work could range from managing team meetings to independent projects with external clients.
Most definitely for employment in the future.
The Company
Very accomodating and fun. Danone organises alot of events as well so the atmosphere is quite nice.
The placement was quite well organised. I had to reschedule my interview intially due to exams and they were more than happy to manage that.
They are very much willing to invest into you as a placement. If you have any development goals in mind at the beginning or throughout the placement, your line manager is more than happy to help you arrange or assist you to reach those goals.

Quite high. Responsibility is distributed fairly evenly and even at a placement/ grad level the team will try to get you as much exposure with clients and to participate in meetings as much as possible.
The Culture
There was a good scene for placements when someone was happy to organise it but unfortunately that person has just recently left. Colleagues are also comfortable with having drinks after work.
Chiswick is a pretty expensive area and so living in the area might not be the cheapest alternative. Socialising is not too bad.
Broadly speaking its London so it can't really be bad.
There are volunteering opportunities or things to take part in. Just got to ask around and see whats availble at the time.
