The Role
My work placement had much responsibility which allowed me to feel very valued by the company and community. I enjoyed this as it meant my work was being used and influences the company running.
Team members showed great respect for all work I completed which made me feel valued.
Much support was given at all levels of the company, especially by my direct line manager who was very flexible and accommodating.
Day to day business was just right. Some times were extremely busy but then this was often offset by quieter times.
I had much responsibility during my placement, with sending reports company wide as one example.
Improved my employability skills while also allowing me to transfer a strong work ethic back to university
The Company
Full of laughter and jokes and so making the job fun! Great group of people to work with.
The placement was well organised with great management
I was able to join the company personal development programme which allowed me to develop myself throughout the year.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Working from home
Would love to return to Danone for a career in the future
The Culture
Very sociable group of people that manage to balance work and social well.
Quite expensive as located in London, but expected when working in the capital
Good fun and well located near to central
Lots of social and sport activities to get involved in with the company and also with the business park the office is located on
