About You
It was very interesting and eye opening and the Hays employees that I met were extremely welcoming and nice
As soon as I walked in I was treated like an adult and although it was a surprise at first, I began to really engage and take on the role of a responsible adult.
During the various interviews and open days I was given a little briefing on what was happening beforehand but once it started it became rather self explanatory and with the briefing, I understood fully what was going on.
It provided me with a lot of insight into the variable careers I can go down due to the diversity within the jobs.
The Company
It was extremely well organized with an open day in the morning where I could view the interviews and tasks given to the potential interns then in the afternoon I gave a presentation and went about doing various tasks for different people in the workspace
It was, in my opinion, an almost perfect balance between fun and work. When each person got a call they were solely committed to the task of befriending and getting a sale, each of the people had a laugh but knew when it was time to put their heads down and work. It was a light mood and everyone clearly knew and got along with each other making it easier for me to meet knew people.
The company spent quite a lot of their time giving me tips and tricks to help in communication to clients and I am grateful for the tasks and presentations I made after each day
I have got a vary good idea of the responsibilities within the different job levels.
The culture of the company is extremely friendly but hard working which was a great balance
It confirmed my already growing idea of working with people and helping them solve problems and I would love to visit again when I have more idea of what I want
Everything Else
I met a huge variety of levels from the recruiting consultants to the Managing Director and Head of Marketing
fun and there was an award ceremony
yes we shared quite a few hobbies and we had a shared passion of cricket and compared some funny and good experiences
definitely
