The Role
I felt that everyone treats you as equals
I was given support and guidance when i needed it however Atos gives you a certain amount of freedom too which is a good balance
At the beginning and halfway through my placement i wasn't that busy however after discussing with my manager we collectively found me lots of areas to get involved in so i am now and have been busy everyday which i like
I was given as much responsibility i felt i was comfortable with the majority of the time however there were times i was given a lot of responsibility which i felt has helped me be more confident and grown professionally and personally
I now have a better understanding of the operations side of the business and how HR can affect that. In addition to this i have felt that i have become more confident and also have been able to prioritise workload correctly. I have also picked up touch typing which will definitely help when writing assignments
The Company
Very friendly
I felt that at the beginning it wasn't very well put together and that it is still a working progress however it has got better over time and will continue to develop
For interns they give you two/three days training away and then the rest is e-learning. Unless you ask to be involved in things. Essentially they will invest as much or as little in you as you choose
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
The Culture
As it is London it is pretty expensive
