The Role
My work was extremely interesting and enjoyable due to me being at Executive Level.
Myself and my boss had a very close relationship and I felt valued by all of my colleagues daily.
Support & Guidance is provided in abundance with you having both your manager and an EPM (Early Professionals Manager) who is solely there to listen to how your placement is going & if you have any issues.
A perfect balance. You have time for education during your day job.
I was at Executive level and managed sales campaigns. So, in my experience I was provided a lot of responsibility. However, some interns have a lot less.
My punctuality, organization and work mentality were developed during my placement.
The Company
Quite a neutral work environment.
Seamless.
The company has a FANTASTIC learning program which you can access through the IBM intranet.
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
I would highly recommend applying.
The Culture
Absolutely. It was better than I expected.
Affordable but still very expensive due to me being in Central London.
It's London.
