The Role
Work load was a little sparse, had to continually ask for more work but that was the only down fall.
Help and support structures were excellent, i was given a vast amount of responsibility from the start.
All colleagues happy to assist
A few days were i did not feel pushed enough with work load
I really saw how my degree was preparing me for this kind of role and have taken all my knowledge back to finish university.
The Company
Although open plan boringness the other employees were all very chatty and relaxed.
The scheme had guidance, it just could have been followed alot closer.
I went on numerous training days and was encouraged to try anything I liked.
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
International Travel
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
I am seriously hoping for a job after university.
The Culture
Most interns lived in the university halls of residence in Derby, which were rubbish, but making friends was very easy.
About the same as most cities.
It leaves alot to be desired, although there are some nice bars.
There's a sports club but no events were organised apart from that.
