The Role
Informal and friendly. Really useful to find out more about the firm and the services they offer.
All the people working on the insight day were friendly and listened to what you were saying. It was very interactive.
Really well structured day and the people organising it were happy to help and provide useful feedback.
It was a busy day, we did several activities and had opportunity to talk to current trainees and a partner.
It was an insight day, so there was no real responsibility here.
Really useful to develop team skills and presentation skills through the exercises we did.
The Company
Seemed very friendly and genuine.
Very well run. Very structured.
Really impressive for an insight day, much more interactive and enjoyable than other firms. Felt like they cared and had put a lot of thought into it.
Was fast-tracked to interview stage, and now have a job offer with them.
The Culture
Everyone on the insight day was friendly and there was opportunity at lunch and dinner to talk and get to know the other students there.
It was in Leeds, and I managed to park my car next to the office for just £3 for the whole day.
Seemed like there was a fair amount happening.
The trainees said there was a good social side to the job, and that there were opportunities to get involved out of work.
