The Role
Best decision I've made taking a year out and gaining valuable work experience.
The analytics I produced are being used site wide daily. I was still required to meet deadline and expectations just like any other employee.
1 to 1 meetings were there if i wanted them
The work didn't stop, which is good! Don't expect to leave ontime that often.
I owned the whole process of an analytic during each sprint; this would mean setting up meetings, producing the analytic and presenting it.
Time management skills, not leaving work till the last minute. Spreading workloads out over a period of time to ease work load.
The Company
Chill. Aslong as you meet your deadlines and act professionally around the office then everything was okay.
Once i got assignment to my official role, then everything went smoothly
Courses were available online for support. Aswell as team members. If they didn't know, they would find someone who did.

Appears to just be graduate programs; there will be a lot of applications, with very few places. Not going to be easy
The Culture
Yep, drinking most weekends.
Terrible university, but business atmosphere was good on weekends. Living was cheap.
Good bars, terrible clubs.
Only if you make them. Do sports with work colleagues.
