The Role
I really enjoyed my placement. I was made to feel welcome by
As i said everyone is easy to get on with. With only 20 staff you get to know the whole office.
If ever I was stuck, there was always someone there to help. I found it best to ask for help rather than sit around twiddling my thumbs.
Only 3 stars, because i believe it was really busy. The job was full on!
I was alowed to contact clients and customers so I had a pretty good run of the show.
I found the things i learnt will assisst me for the rest of my life. Such a good insight.
The Company
We had fun in the office, plenty of chat but always got the work done. Also went to the pub every Friday lunch time.
I believe that because everyone was so busy I got lost in the office a little. I helped out and got stuck in where i could but felt that a little more structure to my time would have been helpful.
I was trained in the basics that I needed, but as I was an intern there was no benefit to the company to train me fully.
Flexi Time
Financial Bonus
Above 25 days holiday
Woohoo!! Got a job offer doing what I wanted to do.
The Culture
Waent to the pub friday lunch times and went into to town once.
Found the prices average, not higher than expected
Was close to Birmingham so easy to get out on a night.
They do a rowing club for new staff to get involved in.
