The Role
I really enjoy working for the company. I have learned a significant amount and would like to return in the future.
Everyone was warm and welcoming. Always there for support and feedback.
Always felt supported.
Peaks and troughs with long and short term tasks varying by day.
Full autonomy and ability to make a difference
They will be invaluable.
The Company
Generally great but a recent restructure had created slight tension. This faded over time.
Very well set up and structured
4 development days throughout and they were happy to give me time to explore other areas of the business. Training fund available.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Healthcare from home
Healthcare/Dental
Travel loan
I would love to work for the company again however I don't see a huge amount of opportunities available. The grad scheme is so limited that I don't believe it to be accessible.
The Culture
everyone got on really well. Some tensions however this never involved me or got personal.
Bracknell is a cheap area to go out and eat but the living costs aren't cheap.
Bracknell is a wasteland for places to socialise.
Great social clubs.
