The Role
Has been a brilliant year with lots of fun socials and projects. The team in Groupe SEB are very nice and welcoming people.
I feel very valued by my colleagues
I was given guidance and support whenever needed, everybody is welcoming and yu can ask anyone questions with no hesitation.
There are times when you have to meet deadlines and working after hours is inevitable but that has to be expected with any placement. On the whole it was a good level of busy, you will never have nothing to do.
I was given huge responsibility during my placement by my manager and worked across various projects.
I have learnt a lot about the retail environment this year and learnt in depth about specific retailers in great depth which will definitely help me with my degree studies and when I am in working full time.
The Company
Office atmosphere is very good,
Well organised, job roles defined well
Exposure to external customers and in regular face to face contact with retailers
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Good prospects for future employment
The Culture
Great social scene, always fun, will love the nightlife!
Windsor can be a little expensive but I expected this before I joined the company
Great nightlife, lots of choice and good clubs as well
Good opportunity to get involved in activities outside of work, there are about 6/7 interns here so always fun
