The Role
I enjoyed most aspects of the work I was involved in. Working in a high pace environment keeps you engaged from 9 until 6pm.
My colleagues have been very vocal in their appreciation on multiple occasions. However, working remotely from a team means that It is not as easy to strike up strong relationhips.
Guidance was given, however a lot of the learning process occurred as I progressed through the placement and took on additional responsibility.
Incredibly busy, but it was manageable due to a schedule of calls and my own time including tight time frames for when things should be released.
A lot of responsibility was entrusted in my in the RFS role, in addition to this i decided to take chances of additional responsibility of managing students who were involved in the IBM ignite scheme.
The work ethic cultivated over the last year will be applicable to whatever I do.
The Company
High paced and hard working.
Clear structure and organization.
There were multiple opportunities
Subsidised Canteen
The opportunity to apply back is there and I will be.
The Culture
Yes, I consider some fellow students at IBM close friends now.
London is very pricey, fortunately I was able to live at home this year.
Very good.
Yes plenty, it was finding the time which was the problem.
