The Role
It was a nice atmosphere and a good environment to work in however at times days would drag and wouldn't seem as exciting as other placements.
Colleagues often made me feel I had a part to play in my department.
Autonomy was given to be along side all necessary support and guidance.
As busy as I wanted to be, I had the control over my jobs and what I wanted to take on.
I was able to take on projects and responsibility however if I didn't look for it I wouldn't get it.
Toyota gave me great skills, training and support in my learning for wider life, university studies and further career.
